"The idea of universally applicable and enforced law is utopian"

In the current edition of its recurring interview format, L.I.S.A. The Science Portal of The Gerda Henkel Foundation puts five questions to KFG Distinguished Fellow Angelika Nußberger. The interview touches on questions such as universalist ideas in law, its particularist expressions and characteristics, and current topics of interest for the KFG.
