Colloquium “Europe's History of the Present: Universalism and Particularism”

The KFG colloquium continues with its next session on Wednesday, June 17th, with a lecture by Senior Fellow Adéla Gjuričová on "Between the Materiality of Politics and the Politics of Materiality: The Federal Assembly Building in Prague in the 1960s – 1990s".

Adéla Gjuričová is Director of the Institute of Contemporary History of the Czech Academy of Sciences. Her research focuses on political and social history during the late socialist period, the 1989 revolution, and post-communist transformation. Her works cover a wide range of topics, including the history of parliamentarianism, psychiatry under socialism, and urban history.
